Balbás Rosado is a rosé wine that surprises with its intense pale pink colour, full of life and elegance. A fruity, captivating nose with delicate aromas of red fruits reminiscent of acidic strawberry and raspberry. A unique palate with a pleasant, agreeable attack, silky and refreshing in the mouth.

The grapes come from the colder part of the Rosedal and Dehesa estates. The harvest id one at night and afterwards at the winery a short maceration is done which allows to obtain the precious aroma of this wine. The fermentation takes place at a very low temperature to maintain its freshness.
